For this exciting event, we are happy to welcome Doug Melville, Group Head of DEI at Richemont, which owns several of the world’s leading companies in the field of luxury goods. Previously Doug was the Chief Diversity Officer of TBWA, a top ten global ad Agency, and prior to that he worked on the Exec Team of Magic Johnson Enterprises, and on the business development team of T Capital Management, Tommy Hilfiger's Capital Management Firm. He has also given several TedX talks on the subject.
