Register for our Informative Session about working in Australia for the Career Explorer Series, which will take place on April 20th at 8am CEST / 4pm AEST.
During this hour long session, we are delighted to welcome Samantha Nuttall, Career Coach and Employability Consultant at the University of Sydney. Beside her lengthy experience as a consultant and her passion for empowering neurodivergent people, Samantha has been working on developing delivering and managing the strategic and targeted career development program for all students within the Business Faculty at University of Sydney. In addition, she is undertaking one to one evidence based coaching sessions that built the self-efficacy, hope and skill competency for students at the University of Sydney.
For this session, Samantha will be addressing several topics relevant for students interested in working in Australia. This includes:
- Overview of Australian working landscape using insights from AAGE, Prosple and other graduate employment specialists
- Expectations – understanding the working culture, benefits and challenges of pursuing work in Australia
- Opportunities to build valuable skills and employability competence such as internships (paid/unpaid/online), volunteering opportunities, joining clubs and societies, engaging with bespoke career services for guidance etc.
- Application process for graduate opportunities in Australia and key insights on Resume development
Registrations for this event will open on April 5th at 6pm AEST (10am CEST) onwards. This event will be held online and is open to all CEMS students and alumni.
