Hae-Su Kwon
2024 CEMS Senior Alumni of the Year/ CEMS Alumni (UoC/ HEC, 1999)
Hae-Su Kwon studied Business Administration at the WiSo Faculty and received her CEMS Master‘s degree in 1999. Immediately after graduation, she joined L'Oréal as a Brand Manager before working for Johnson & Johnson for almost 20 years in various management and leadership positions, including in the UK and Switzerland. She rejoined L’Oréal in 2021, initially overseeing the pharmacy business in the DACH region. Since 2024, she has been Managing Director of L'Oréal‘s luxury segment in the DACH region and a member of the Executive Board.
Professor Bernd Irlenbusch
Professor of Corporate Development and Business Ethics at the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Cologne
Bernd Irlenbusch has been Professor of Corporate Development and Business Ethics at the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Cologne since 2010. After completing his habilitation in 2004 at the Faculty of Economics, Law and Social Science at the University of Erfurt, he was a lecturer at the Interdisciplinary Institute of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) before accepting a position at the University of Cologne. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Cluster of Excellence ECONtribute: Markets & Public Policy and, since 2023, a speaker at the Center for Social and Economic Behavior (C-SEB).
