In her last duty, Elisabeth worked on a sustainability project focusing on social aspects within the corporate approach of Mercedes-Benz. Currently she is working on a business model for third-party partnerships for app providers. The Inspire programme offers its members a wide variety of insights across the company, an international network as well as different training opportunities. For her, these insights, and the networking possibilities are the best things about her job.
Initially, Elisabeth started in the field of Corporate Digital Responsibility & Human Rights in the Supply Chain working in risk consulting, which is a different area of focus to what she is currently learning about. In the future, she would like to work in Digital & Operations at Mercedes-Benz Mobility.
“In today's world, and especially in the business environment, lifelong learning is essential - this was and remains one of the biggest reasons as to why I chose the Inspire programme. Thanks to the time spent in different departments, I have the opportunity to develop myself personally and professionally. Another benefit of the Inspire programme is your own personal Development Coach who is there to support you throughout your training in 1:1 sessions.”
