Partnering with CEMS
We learned about CEMS from one of our colleagues who is a CEMS alumni. It was our privilege to collaborate with CEMS since the last 2 years already in the form of business projects and internships. Now we are excited to become a formal partner of CEMS.
Being the 1st corporate partner from MedTech industry, we would like to continue business projects and also want to attract strong talents for our future workforce. We believe that the strong alignment of the values instilled in CEMS students with our principles: “Today is about Tomorrow” and “Missed opportunities are our biggest risks” makes this partnership a compelling alliance.
In addition, industry benchmarking in some strategic focus areas are appealing to us.

Advice for 2020 Graduates
The business projects are certainly a good way to get prepared for the job market. By giving responsibility over a real business problem, it supports development and personal growth in multiple aspects such problem-solving, leadership and team working skills. This way the students can receive valuable and practical work experience, and at the same time it creates real business value.
And while professors prepare you for the theoretical side of your projects, the corporate coach provides regular feedback from an industry expert perspective.
