During the meeting the Student Board discussed several topics pertaining to the CEMS universities and corporate partners along with several new topics the community wanted to raise.
This meeting was long awaited because the Student Board had been working hard on ongoing projects since September 2021, and has not met in person since the first post-pandemic meeting in September 2021 in Prague. Thus this enthusiastic team of students was more than ready to travel to Bergen to discuss matters pertaining to the entirety of the CEMS alliance. With the immense support and warm welcome from the NHH academic director and program manager, the group of Student Board Representatives was given a once in a lifetime experience. Thereby the Student Board along with the Executive Team would like to thank NHH for their support and hospitality.
Within the 3-day meeting the Function and Team Leads discussed their ongoing projects within the CEMS global community. The presence of Mrs. Melissa Morelet-Weaver from the CEMS Global Office added on to the discussion and resulted in fruitful conclusions.
Discussions revolved around corporate partners' participation and the inclusion of APAC members within the CEMS community. The Student Board extensively discussed the importance of carrying one’s self as a distinguished yet humble CEMS member. They continued to discuss the importance of being global leaders and representing the CEMS community everywhere we go.
After this intensive meeting the Student Board Representatives discussed the possibility of a reunion in Portugal in June 2022. This meeting served as a reminder of the great work that has been executed so far.
