CEMS Career Forum is a unique recruitment event organised exclusively for CEMS Corporate Partners, CEMS MIM students and alumni. It comprises a package that will meet your recruitment, branding, knowledge-sharing and interaction needs.
Register my company to the Career Forum
Online registration is required to attend the CEMS Career Forum. Please note that only CP Main Contacts or representatives designated as Career Forum contacts can register the company to the event.
Pre-scheduled Interviews OR 1-1 Chats with Students & Alumni
Obtain applications from CEMS students and alumni who recently graduated. Screen all applicants according to specific criteria but also search through the database and offer interview slots or live video chats to interes-ting candidates even before the start of the live event.
Interact with Students & Alumni
Interact with students & alumni directly from your virtual booth and take the opportunity to promote your brand as well as internship and job openings. Students & alumni will get the chance to ask questions and engage with you directly.
Brand your Company
Shape your company profile page and display pictures and videos to promote your companyâ€™s culture and open opportunities. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to create and organise your own activity: Company Presentations, Live Booth, Job listing etc ...
Individual CV Advice Coaching OR Career Workshop
Get the opportunity to meet CEMS students individually during a 15-minute call, and discuss all the important aspects of a successful CV including helpful advice on areas for improvements.
OR organise a short career workshop with a group of students with the objective to give useful tips on how to succeed the interview process or write the perfect cover letter etc.
Live Company Presentation
Engage virtually with the CEMS students by delivering a 20 minute presentation to a large audience and get real-time interaction with your attendees by Q&A, polls and other interactive features available on the platform.
Accredited Skill Seminar
Seize a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of student talent and further enhance employer branding. Get a chance to share knowledge with a truly international group of students and raise your com-pany visibility within the CEMS network. Virtual half-day skill seminars are available for 10 to 25 CEMS students (first come, first serve basis) on a specific business topic and will take place prior to the live day.
Social media promotion
Prior to the Career Forum, you will have the opportunity to share tips and insights about your company on our social media platforms (one activity per company):
- Share a 2-minute video on Facebook about your company, your ideal candidate or a typical workday.
- Post an article on cems.org and promote your attendance at the Career Forum
- Share a story about your company on the CEMS Instagram Account
- Promote your career opportunities on the CEMS LinkedIn page
