CEMS Career Forum is a unique recruitment event organised exclusively for CEMS Corporate Partners, CEMS MIM students and alumni. It comprises a package that will meet your recruitment, branding, knowledge-sharing and interaction needs.
Register my company to the Career Forum
The Career Forum this year will take place in ESADE Business School, Barcelona, from 4 - 5 November. Registration is required to attend the CEMS Career Forum. Please note that only CP Main Contacts or representatives designated as Career Forum contacts can register the company to the event.
EVENTS OVERVIEW
Stands & Logistical Support
Promote your brand and career opportunities from the convenience of 6m2 exhibition stands which will be set-up and ready for you on the day of the job fair. Logistical support will be offered regarding stand set-up and sending materials in advance.
Pre-scheduled Interviews and 1-1 Chats with Students & Alumni
Conduct formal interviews and informal 1-1 chats with students and alumni who graduated in the past 4 years. Screen all applicants and compile CVs according to specific criteria, such a nationality, language, home school... But also browse the talent profile database on the platform and invite interesting candidates for pre-scheduled interviews and 1-1 chats.
Corporate Coffee Talks
Coffee Talks give you the chance to share more about your company’s culture and open opportunities with a small group of students in a casual setting.
CV Coaching
Over the course of October, you will get the opportunity to register for individual 15-minute CV coaching workshops. Discuss important aspects of a successful CV with CEMS students and give them advice for improving their CV.
Accredited Skill Seminar
Seize a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of student talent and further enhance employer branding. Get a chance to share knowledge with a truly international group of students and raise your company visibility within the CEMS network. These half-day skill seminars are available on a first come, first serve basis for 10 to 25 CEMS students on a specific business topic.
Networking cocktail & dinner
Network with your corporate peers and CEMS member school representatives in a friendly and relaxing environment. The event will take place in Barcelona's historical brewery, the Fàbrica Moritz. The cocktail & dinner will be held on Friday 4 November at 8:00 pm, at an additional cost of €55 per representative.

Prior to the Career Forum, share tips and insights about your company on our social media platforms (one activity per company):
- Share a 2-minute video on Facebook about your company, your ideal candidate or a typical workday.
- Post an article on cems.org and promote your attendance at the Career Forum
- Share a story about your company on the CEMS Instagram Account
- Promote your career opportunities on the CEMS LinkedIn page
