Aneta Kosinska is a CEMS Alumna 2019 (Ivey, SGH & Bocconi) and is currently based in Canada where she holds the position of Lead Organizational Change Management Consultant at a major Canadian Tech company. She has been specialising in change management over the past four years, and due to her interest in the future of work, started working remotely as an independent change consultant in 2019 to experience it. In March 2020, she began researching the topic of working remotely more heavily, with the intention of helping people work remotely more effectively, as well as helping prepare organisations to transition to a remote first environment. Prior to this, she worked at BCG Digital Ventures in Internal Strategy. Aneta holds a CEMS business master degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada, and loved her exchange semesters at SGH Warsaw and Bocconi Universita. Feel free to check out Aneta's previous CEMS Webinar Series' episode on Remote Work at a Glance to get an even deeper understanding of what is involved when working from home.
