CEMS Marenostrum 2021

Marenostrum ("Our Sea" in Latin) was a Roman name for the Mediterranean Sea. Today, it is amongst the most important regional Business Forums organised by CEMS students from four top business schools in the Mediterranean Region: Bocconi University, Nova School of Business and Economics, ESADE Business School and Koç University.

This year, the Mareostrum will be held online and is organised by Koç University from April 16 to April 18.
CEMS Marenostrum 2021

Koç University and CEMS Club Istanbul are very excited to present the Marenostrum 2021 Forum Online, from April 16th to April 18th. Annually, CEMS universities in the Mediterranean Region organize Marenostrum and invite CEMS students around the world to learn and discuss a specific topic. This year we will tackle the concept of sustainability as a strategy.

The aim of the forum is to explore what today’s world is doing to achieve sustainability, for which governments and companies are still struggling to maintain a reliable course of action and a steady roadmap.

To investigate, we invited Arçelik and Metro Turkey, each of which has well-established sustainability measures for their multinational production and business lines, and would like to share their best practices and experiences as to how to deal with the issue of sustainability. Furthermore, CEMS alumni will share insights into the driving forces to become climate neutral and offer a practical set of consulting skills to advice companies to become climate neutral.

The event will be held on Online from April 16th-18th and will consist of 3 full-day seminars, with each half day being worth 0,25 CEMS ECTS. Applications are now open at cemsmarenostrum.com

CEMS Club Istanbul is looking forward to e-meeting you!
