What made you choose P&G after CEMS?

“I was first introduced to P&G by a fellow CEMSie during my exchange semester at NUS. He highlighted the similarities between P&G and CEMS, such as their ability to attract diverse, driven, and outgoing talents from around the globe. This comparison resonated with me, as I have always sought opportunities in companies with an international scope.” – Pascal Jutzi  

“After graduating CEMS in 2022, I was eager to find a role in an international company that fosters an entrepreneurial mindset and encourages its employees to collaborate and bring dynamic ideas to life. What similarities/differences do you see between the culture of CEMS and P&G?

"CEMS and P&G have similar cultures that value diversity, collaboration, and a global perspectives. Both foster a sense of camaraderie and teamwork, creating a safe environment of mutual support and shared goals.” – Giulia Palo

“Sometimes I believe that joining P&G in Europe’s HQ in Geneva is like joining CEMS 2.0. Both CEMS and P&G emphasize the importance of an international mindset and cross-cultural collaboration. Just like CEMS, at P&G we are exposed to an extremely diverse and multicultural environment. Having a regional/global scope in my role, on a typical day I would work with colleagues and suppliers/external business partners from all over the world in all different time zones.” – Nikola Fuchedzhiev

What would you say to young people who want to join P&G?

"Looking back at my CEMS years, the best advice I ever got from a mentor was to ‘always stay curious’. This curiosity is exactly what led me to apply for a Brand Management position at P&G, which has since turned out to be an amazing career step. To any current students or recent graduates, I would recommend keeping an open mind about the different roles within P&G, having a growth mindset and embracing new challenges. How did CEMS prepare you for a career in P&G?

“CEMS brings a strong foundation in international management and a deep understanding of global business dynamics. Through the Block Seminar and other various Skills Seminars, I managed to further bridge the gap between theory and practice and develop skills needed in the work industry nowadays. Additionally, the network of CEMS alumni and corporate partners provided me with insights and connections that have been beneficial throughout my career at P&G.” – Nikola Fuchedzhiev
