This year, the CEMS Marenostrum Forum took place at Nova School of Business and Economics from the 31st of March – 1st of April. More than 100 CEMS students from over 20 different universities participated in this exciting event, which focused on the topic "Future of Work."
In fact, the world of work is changing and not only individuals are affected by the implications, but companies are as well. Climate Change, ESG requirements, technological advances, and demographical changes are imposing unprecedented challenges that organizations need to adapt to.
“What does this adaptation look like and how will it affect the way we will work in the future?” This question and related topics to the Future of Work were discussed during skill seminars and panel discussions together with CEMS Corporate Partners, such as BCG, Accenture, Google, BNP Paribas, Société Générale and Nova professors, including Benoit Decreton, Constança Monteiro Casquinho, Radek Oros and Pedro Castro.
The Forum included informative and engaging talks as well as skill seminars and panel discussions that facilitated lively and insightful conversations. Participants had the opportunity to network and connect with other attendees and Corporate Partners, as well as explore the beautiful city of Lisbon and enjoy social events organized by our Marenostrum Taskforce of CEMS Club Lisbon.
Congratulations to the organizing team, to NOVA and to all participants who attended this successful event!
The next CEMS Marenostrum will be held in Spring 2024 in Bocconi University, in Italy.
