The Global Labour Resilience Index (GLRI) 2026 has been officially released at Davos, on the occasion of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting. Developed by Whiteshield, in partnership with CEMS, the Index assesses labour-market resilience across 120 economies in a context of accelerating artificial intelligence adoption and increasing global fragmentation.

The 2026 edition was unveiled at the IHC House in Davos, highlighting the importance of collaboration between policy experts, business and education stakeholders in addressing the future of work. Through its collaboration with Whiteshield, CEMS is a partner of the Global Labour Resilience Index, contributing to the broader dialogue on labour-market transformation, skills development and management education.

Of particular relevance for CEMS, the report includes a dedicated chapter on the analysis of AI’s impact on the demand for young business and management graduates, exploring how early-career expectations and skills requirements are evolving in response to technological change.
